Using Gentle Scratcher
How long should I freeze it?
At least 4 hours. It's freezer-safe, so you can keep it there between uses.
How long does it stay cold?
Up to 4 hours in an air-conditioned room. In a warm room it warms up faster, so return it to the freezer between uses.
How hard should I press?
Lightly. Glide it over the itchy area and let the bumps and the cold do the work.
Can children use it?
Yes, with an adult's guidance. Show them how to use light pressure, and clean it between uses.
How do I clean it?
Wipe or rinse with mild soap and water after each use, dry it thoroughly, then return it to the freezer. Avoid harsh detergents.

Where do you deliver?
Within Singapore only, for now.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 2–3 working days. Express delivery: next working day. You'll get tracking details by email once your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is S$5.00, free for orders over S$60. Express delivery is S$12.00. The fee for your address is shown at checkout, before you pay.
How can I pay?
Checkout shows the payment options available for your order, including card payment and PayNow / bank transfer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used scratchers can only be returned if they are faulty. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement.

Is Gentle Scratcher a medical device?
No. It's an everyday comfort tool, designed to sit alongside, never replace, advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Will it treat my skin condition?
We do not claim that it treats eczema, psoriasis, urticaria, hives or other skin conditions. Keep following the treatment your doctor recommends.
